About Culture Shift Collective
Vision
The Culture Shift Collective (CSC) is a bold six-month apprenticeship that transforms Black cultural influencers—party promoters, digital creatives, DJs, and athlete-activists—into civic organizers and community mobilizers. We harness the power of Black cultural spaces and social networks to push forward community-driven change on the issues that impact us most.
Mission
To equip Black influencers with organizing skills and political education to shift culture and mobilize communities toward lasting social change—far beyond election cycles.
Why it Matters
Black communities are leading cultural innovation—but too often, our cultural architects are left out of civic strategy. CSC invests in these overlooked leaders to build a future where Black joy, art, music, and influence are tools for liberation.
With critical local elections and policy fights ahead, this apprenticeship is more than training—it’s a movement builder. From voter turnout to issue advocacy, we’re developing leaders who show up where our people are: in clubs, on stages, at cookouts, and on timelines.
